Chuck Berry has over 30 years of experience representing professional baseball players in their contract negotiations, arbitration, free agency and career development. He went straight from law school to working with one of the icons of the sports agent business, Tom Reich and later worked with the sports industry leader, IMG. In 1992, Chuck formed his own company, Champions Management and continued his representation business until 2012 when he decided to retire. During his career, he worked with over 150 players including Hall of Famer, Joe Morgan, Kent Tekulve, Julio Franco, Ruben Sierra, Jack Clark, Jeffrey Leonard, and Manny Sanguillen to name a few.

Jonathan M. Stahler, Esq. is a licensed attorney in both state and federal courts based in Miami, FL. He brings extensive knowledge and passion working in sports, entertainment, and the law. His experiences working for SAG-AFTRA, Encore Sports & Entertainment, and 360 Sports, LLC have helped increase his desire to positively affect and protect athletes, entertainers, and their families, both now and for their futures. He has been published in the Arizona State University Sports & Entertainment Law Journal, Spring 2014 edition writing about college athletes and compensation.   Jonathan is a graduate of Syracuse University and the David B. Falk Center for Sport Management with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. He received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his Certificate for Sports Law and Policy from the Center for Sports Law and Policy.  Jonathan is a member of the Florida Bar, Sports Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and a board member of the Florida Sports Business & Leadership Association.
